Appetizer: Crisp Caesar Salad

Entrée: Savory hand –carved 14ounce New York Sirloin steak flame broiled to your liking. Served with vegetable and choice of potato. (Available with zesty Cajun or robust Montreal spices.)

Dessert: Hot Fudge Sundae vanilla ice cream topped with hot fudge and whipped cream

 

BAR-B-QUE MIXED GRILL

Appetizer: Fresh House Salad

Entrée: Fresh boneless chicken breast, half rack of St Louis Style Pork Ribs and Gulf Shrimp basted with our Hickory smoked Barbecue sauce then char-broiled. Served with wedge potatoes and cole slaw.

Dessert: Strawberry Shortcake- Warm buttermilk biscuits layered with strawberries topped with whipped cream.
